Who is our community for?

The Talent Collective community is exclusive to women in talent acquisition, of all tenures and verticals. This community offers a safe space for its members to discuss topics that are relevant to the field of talent acquisition from a woman's perspective and encourages the exchange of ideas and resources between members. Additionally, members have access to exclusive webinars and programs for professional development opportunities specifically tailored to their needs as female-identifying professionals in the field.

By sharing recommendations, opportunities, and celebrating each other's achievements, we strive to elevate ambitious women in recruiting, providing access to a diverse and trusted private network of peers, mentors, and leaders navigating similar challenges.
Talent Collective welcomes individuals with a variety of recruiting experiences, tenures, verticals, and niche backgrounds. To qualify for membership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Genuine Interest in Networking: Express a genuine interest in networking with other members, offering mentorship, and participating in group events and activities.
Community Engagement: Showcase a passion for and the ability to share value with the community.
Commitment to DEI: Demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in their professional and personal lives.

Events
Our memberships are curated for a virtual experience regardless of location. However, in cities where we have a local community, those Founding Members will curate extra special in-person experiences, and members get to attend for free!

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription through your profile online. Go to your account (top right icon) > Your Plans and Purchases > Talent Collective under active subscriptions > Cancel subscription > Agree to the terms on the next page > Cancel My Subscription.
